Smirnov Consulting Group is a Prague-based B2B outbound lead generation agency that runs cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for founder-led B2B companies and books qualified sales calls. 12 years in outbound, hundreds of B2B companies, 24 countries.

What does a Prague-based outbound agency do for you?

The same thing any outbound agency should: find the right companies and decision makers, reach them on LinkedIn and by cold email, answer the replies and put qualified calls on your calendar. Where we sit changes how we work, not what you get.

Most of our clients are not in Prague, and most of our campaigns do not target Czech buyers. They target the USA, the UK and English-speaking Europe, for clients based all over the world. Prague is where the team works from.

What does being based in Prague mean in practice?

An EU company. You contract with a company inside the European Union, which works under GDPR every day. For clients selling into Europe, data protection is part of how we build lists and campaigns from the start, not an afterthought.

An English-speaking senior team. Your campaigns are run by senior people: lead generation experts with a proven track record, GTM architects, GTM engineers and AI specialists. No interns, students or juniors. A senior team member is your day-to-day contact, and you have a direct line to Artem Smirnov, the founder, who is based in Prague.

Time zone overlap with Europe and US mornings. Prague runs on Central European Time. We share the full working day with clients in the UK and the rest of Europe, and our afternoon is the US morning, so calls with US clients and replies to US prospects happen in the same working day. More on this in what changes when you cold email US prospects from Europe.

Clients in many countries. We work with clients in the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the UAE, Singapore, Australia and many others. Every campaign gets its own list and message per target country, because buying habits and rules differ.

Does it matter where your lead generation agency is based? Less than people think. Market knowledge, native-level copy, reply and call hours and your buyers' email laws matter more. We wrote about it in does it matter where your lead generation agency is based.

How do you stay compliant in the EU, Germany and the Czech Republic?

Rules follow the country your buyer sits in, not the country the agency sits in. So we set the channel per market.

  • USA: cold email under CAN-SPAM, plus LinkedIn.
  • UK: cold email to business contacts under UK GDPR and PECR, plus LinkedIn.
  • Canada: CASL applies, and we plan campaigns around it.
  • Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic: business email needs prior consent there, so we do not send cold email to those markets without a compliant basis. We use LinkedIn outreach instead. For Germany we also apply our own stricter rules.

In every market: business contacts only, a simple way to opt out in every email, and anyone who asks to stop is removed and not re-added. Your current clients and anyone you name are excluded before launch. This is how we work, not legal advice. More in running B2B outbound into Europe.

How does a campaign run?

  1. Onboarding within the first 5 to 7 days after signing: usually one 60-minute Zoom call plus a few emails.
  2. Foundations, list and copy: profiles and proof checked, one offer for one audience, a verified list from 16+ B2B data tools.
  3. Launch about 15 days after the contract is signed: LinkedIn outreach from your team's profiles with warm email follow-ups, and cold email from separate domains where the market allows it.
  4. Replies and booked calls, often within the first 30 days after launch, reported weekly and monthly, with live notifications every day.

How it works in full: B2B lead generation. Industries we work with most, starting with construction companies, civil engineering companies and industrial and manufacturing companies: see industries we serve.

What does it cost?

From USD 3,000 (about EUR 2,500) per month, up to USD 10,000+ depending on markets, channels and volume. Tools, domains, mailboxes and data are paid by you directly. No minimum contract, 1 month's notice. On a 12-month engagement we guarantee the results we agree with you up front, or refund the full fee you paid us, as long as both sides do their part. FAQ

Do you only work with Czech companies?

No. Most of our clients are outside the Czech Republic, in the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the UAE, Singapore, Australia and many others. Most campaigns target the USA, the UK and English-speaking Europe.

Do you run cold email to Czech and German buyers?

Not without a compliant basis. The Czech Republic, Germany and Austria require prior consent for business email, so for those markets we use LinkedIn outreach instead of cold email.

Can a Prague agency write for US and UK buyers?

Yes. The team works in English, and every campaign is written for the buyers in the target country. Our strongest markets are the USA, the UK and English-speaking Europe.

Why hire an agency in Prague instead of one in my own country?

Because the city matters less than the team. What decides results is market knowledge, copy written for your buyers, fast replies and calls in their working hours, and respect for their email laws. We cover all four for the USA, the UK and Europe, with a senior team and a direct line to the founder.

How fast can you start?

Onboarding starts within the first 5 to 7 days after signing, sometimes the next day. Campaigns launch about 15 days after the contract is signed.
