Martal Group alternatives for small founder-led B2B companies (2026)

Updated

Disclosure. Smirnov Consulting Group wrote this page, and we are one of the options on it. Every fact about another company comes from that company's own website, read on 24 September 2026. We have not bought these services. Terms change, so check each vendor's page before you sign.

The short answer

Martal Group is a B2B lead generation and sales agency with 200+ onshore sales reps across North America, the EU and LATAM, a published three-tier pricing structure and a 3 month pilot on its entry tier.
This page is for one reader: a founder-led B2B company of roughly 5 to 50 people, where the founder still sells and one new client is worth real money. For that company, the alternatives sort into five groups:

  • LinkedIn-led, with a published monthly price: Outbound Consulting, SalesBread. - Managed email and LinkedIn, no minimum contract: Sopro. - SDR (sales development rep) teams on phone and email, month to month: SalesHive, Leadium. - Omnichannel, with a small-business plan: Belkins. - LinkedIn with warm email follow-ups plus cold email, no cold calling: Smirnov Consulting Group (us, Prague).

How we chose and checked these options

We started from agencies named in our September 2026 review of AI search answers. One stayed only if it runs outbound for B2B companies as a service, shows on its own site that it takes small companies (a small-business page, an entry plan or a published price), and publishes enough to compare.

For each we read the home, pricing, about and main service pages, noting positioning in its own words, channels, team location, pricing model and terms, launch claims, and any minimum or pilot. No review sites, rankings or sales calls. After Martal, options are listed alphabetically.

What Martal Group does well

Martal describes itself as a "B2B lead generation agency & sales enablement partner" with 200+ onshore sales executives and 15 years in business. Its reps sit in the EU, North America and LATAM, and its contact page lists an address in Oakville, Ontario.

  • The deal shape. Tier 1A (outbound lead generation) starts with a "3 Month Pilot Campaign", then a monthly subscription at a flat fee per month. Tiers 2 and 3 add sales and account management, a 4 month pilot and a sales commission. - The scope. Email, LinkedIn and calls at 5 to 7 touch points per prospect, with weekly meetings and reports. - A sample funnel. One month of the "average production funnel": 3,000 to 5,000 prospects targeted, 20 to 30 qualified leads. - A way in. Martal calls its Fractional Sales Team "perfect if you're just getting started with outbound marketing".

When a founder-led firm might look elsewhere

Four fit questions:

  • You want the first call yourself. Tier 1A includes "appointment booking and discovery calls that are led by North American team". If the founder's own call is how deals close, ask how the handoff works.
  • You do not want phone outreach. Martal mixes email, LinkedIn and calls, and describes a power dialer. Some founders prefer a written first touch.
  • You want a shorter first commitment. The entry tier starts with a 3 month pilot. Several options below publish month-to-month terms.
  • You want a number before the first call. Martal's page says "Inquire about pricing". Three options below publish one.

Seven alternatives, in alphabetical order

Belkins

  • In its own words: a "B2B lead generation agency" based in the United States and Ukraine, founded in 2017. - Built for: email, LinkedIn and calling run "as one connected system", aiming at 100 to 400 sales-ready appointments a year. - Pricing and terms: monthly retainers by yearly appointments: Growth (100+), Growth Plus (200+) and a small-business plan (30+) run through partner agencies. No prices in dollars. "Live in 14 days". - Best fit: several channels, calling included, from one vendor. More on our Belkins alternatives page.

Leadium

  • In its own words: a revenue agency focused on qualified sales appointments and lead data from outbound campaigns. - Built for: outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn and gifting. Its SMB page says more than 500 SMB companies have sourced appointments with it. - Pricing and terms: no price list; the lowest budget option on its quote form is "$2,500 to $3,500", and the page description mentions "month-to-month agreements". - Best fit: mixed-channel appointment setting without a long contract.

Outbound Consulting

  • In its own words: an "Outbound Lead Generation Agency for Small Businesses" with a "100% US-based team". - Built for: LinkedIn outreach with daily invitations and follow-ups, a 4-step sequence, Sales Navigator list building and coaching on answering replies. - Pricing and terms: Gold at $2,500 a month, shown with "4 Months"; Platinum at $2,000 a month, shown with "6 Months". - Best fit: LinkedIn-only outreach plus sales coaching, on a multi-month plan.

SalesBread

  • In its own words: "I help B2B founders, consultants, and sales teams get more leads per month using ultra-personalized LinkedIn + email outreach." - Built for: outreach sent from your own LinkedIn account, plus email, with SalesBread watching the inbox and emailing you when a lead is ready. - Pricing and terms: "3k/month plus a one time set up fee", "no locked in contracts", 20+ sales qualified leads a month "or your money back", and a usual 3 to 5 week wait list. - Best fit: a founder or consultant who wants outreach from their own profile and can wait a few weeks.

SalesHive

  • In its own words: a B2B sales agency whose "US-based SDRs run cold calling and email" on its own AI platform, founded in 2016. - Built for: phone-first outbound. Starter is phone only with one SDR; Growth adds email; Crush runs two SDRs. - Pricing and terms: one flat monthly fee, custom quoted. "No setup fees. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with written notice." Launch in 2 to 3 weeks. - Best fit: a firm whose buyers pick up the phone and who wants US callers without hiring.

Smirnov Consulting Group

  • In our own words: Smirnov Consulting Group is a Prague-based B2B outbound lead generation agency that runs cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for founder-led B2B companies and books qualified sales calls. 12 years in outbound, hundreds of B2B companies, 24 countries.
  • Built for: founder-led B2B companies whose offer already sells. LinkedIn with warm email follow-ups, plus separate cold email. No cold calling: the phone comes in only after a prospect replies, and your team takes the sales call. Done-for-you, consulting, coaching or custom lead lists.
  • Who does the work: a very senior team of lead generation experts with a proven track record, GTM architects, GTM engineers and AI specialists, no interns or juniors. We keep a small number of clients so each one gets full attention and we carry full responsibility for results, and every client has a direct line to Artem Smirnov, the founder. You can look up the people who will work on your campaign before you sign.
  • Pricing and terms: From USD 3,000 (about EUR 2,500) per month, up to USD 10,000+ depending on scope; tools, domains, mailboxes and data are paid by the client directly. No minimum contract, 1 month's notice, and we recommend at least 3 months because B2B deals booked in month one often close 4 months later or more. No standard pilot; a test period is possible for B2B companies with USD 3M+ in annual recurring revenue. Launch: about 15 days from signed contract. Results guarantee: on a 12-month engagement we guarantee the results we agree with you up front (leads, pipeline and revenue targets), and if we miss them we refund the full fee you paid us, as long as you reply to call-ready leads within 24 hours, take the calls, let the campaigns run and stay in touch. Full terms are in the contract. See pricing.
  • Best fit: a founder who keeps the first call and prefers written outreach. Not a fit for an unproven offer, or for a company that pauses campaigns when busy.

Sopro

  • In its own words: "a sales engagement platform, run by outreach experts", founded in 2015. - Built for: fully managed outreach by email and LinkedIn, plus display-ad audience sync, gifting and website intent tracking, with an account manager and a live reporting portal. - Pricing and terms: "pricing starts at around $3.8K per month" (the page description says £3K), "no minimum contract", and a campaign "could be live in 3 weeks". - Best fit: managed email and LinkedIn with detailed reporting and no minimum term.

How to choose: questions for every sales call

Most failed outbound engagements we are asked to rescue broke in the same two places: the list and the foundations. So spend most of the call on who they will contact and what they need from you. From our Journal piece on hiring a lead generation agency:

  1. Can I see 50 rows of the list you would build for us? Check 20 yourself.
  2. What bounce rate do you accept? We verify every address and keep bounces below 0.5%.
  3. Who exactly will write and send my messages, and can I look them up on LinkedIn? Ask for names, and ask who answers the replies. This is not a comment on any company on this page; ask it of every vendor, us included. It comes from what we have seen in 12 years of outbound and what clients tell us about agencies they used before: usually, in faceless agencies, a brand with no one visible behind it, the work goes to interns, junior SDRs or offshore teams writing in their second language, and nobody senior is within reach. If the people who would run your campaign are not even on LinkedIn, treat that as your answer.
  4. Who takes the first call, and whose LinkedIn profile sends? For a founder-led firm, this matters more than the channel mix.
  5. Will reports show calls booked, calls held and deals signed separately?
  6. What do you need from us? Case studies, rebuilt profiles and someone free to take calls within about a week are honest answers.
  7. If you price per lead or promise a number, what counts? Get it in writing.
  8. Will you tell us if we are a bad fit?

FAQ

Does Martal Group publish its prices?

Martal publishes its pricing structure but not dollar figures, as of September 2026. Tier 1A runs a 3 month pilot at a flat fee per month. Tiers 2 and 3 run a 4 month pilot with a flat fee plus sales commission. The page asks you to "Inquire about pricing". Of the alternatives here, Outbound Consulting, SalesBread and Sopro publish a monthly figure. Ours starts from USD 3,000 (about EUR 2,500) per month; see pricing.

Is Martal Group too big for a 10-person company?

Not by its own description. Martal says it works with B2B organizations "from startups to Fortune 500 companies" and calls its Fractional Sales Team "perfect if you're just getting started with outbound marketing". The better questions for a small firm are pilot length, phone outreach and who runs the discovery call.

Which Martal alternatives do not cold call?

Three options here list no cold calling. SalesBread lists LinkedIn and cold email. Outbound Consulting's plans cover LinkedIn. Smirnov Consulting Group runs LinkedIn with warm email plus cold email, and uses the phone only after a prospect replies. Sopro lists email, LinkedIn, display ads and gifting.

How fast can these agencies start?

Published launch claims run from two weeks to a month or more. SalesHive names 2 to 3 weeks, Belkins says "Live in 14 days", Sopro says "could be live in 3 weeks", and SalesBread mentions a 3 to 5 week wait list. Our launch time is about 15 days from signed contract, and first replies and booked calls often come inside the first 30 days after launch.

Which option suits a founder who wants to keep selling?

Pick one that books calls into your calendar and leaves the first conversation to you. SalesBread sends from your own LinkedIn account and emails you when a lead is ready. Smirnov Consulting Group books qualified replies for your team to take. Martal's Tier 1A has its own team lead discovery calls, which suits founders who want to hand that step off.
