Belkins alternatives for small founder-led B2B companies (2026)

Updated

Disclosure. This comparison is written by Smirnov Consulting Group, and we appear in it as one option. Facts about other companies come only from their own websites, as we read them on 24 September 2026. We have not used their services. Check each vendor's current page before you commit.

The short answer

Belkins is a B2B lead generation agency based in the United States and Ukraine that runs email, LinkedIn and calling together and sells monthly retainers sized by yearly appointments, including a 30+ appointment plan for small businesses.
We wrote this for a founder-led B2B company of about 5 to 50 people, where the founder still closes deals and sells a high-ticket service or product. For that buyer, the alternatives worth a look are:

  • Published dollar prices, no long-term contract: CIENCE (setup plus monthly fee) and SalesRoads (per SDR, or sales development rep). - Low monthly entry point for LinkedIn: Cleverly. - Cold email paid per lead, no contract: Outbound System. - Onshore SDR team with a pilot: Martal Group. - LinkedIn with warm email follow-ups plus cold email, no cold calling: Smirnov Consulting Group (us, Prague).

How the options were picked and checked

The starting pool was the agencies named in our September 2026 review of AI search answers about outbound agencies. We kept those that run outbound for B2B companies as a service, publish something a small company can act on (a price, an entry plan or firm terms), and say enough on their own pages to compare.

For each we read the home, pricing, about and core service pages, and recorded positioning in the vendor's words, channels, geography, pricing model and terms, launch claims, and minimums. Nothing came from review sites or sales calls. After Belkins, vendors appear alphabetically.

What Belkins does well

Belkins was founded in 2017 and describes itself as a "B2B lead generation agency". Its strengths, from its own pages:

  • Channels run as one system. "We run email, LinkedIn, and calling as one connected system", with 100 to 400 sales-ready appointments a year named on the home page. - Plans a buyer can read. Monthly retainers by yearly appointments: Growth (100+), Growth Plus (200+), a small-business plan (30+) and Enterprise with custom SLAs and contract terms. - The same core in every package. A sales audit, buyer profile work, manual lead research, copywriting, reports, and "appointment scheduling and no-show recovery". - Checked meetings. Its account director is quoted: "We qualify every appointment, confirm it, and send it to you for verification before it lands in your calendar." - Speed and focus. "Live in 14 days", plus a dedicated SMB lead generation page and industry pages from manufacturing to finance.

When a founder-led firm might compare

These are about fit:

  • Call volume. The Growth plan is framed around 100+ appointments a year. A founder who takes every call alongside delivery should check how many calls a month they can handle.
  • Who runs the account. The small-business plan is "delivered through partnering agencies" Belkins works with. If you want Belkins' own team, ask which team you get.
  • Channel breadth. The plan comparison lists channels from cold email and LinkedIn to calling, paid advertising and conference activation. A firm that wants written outreach only may need less.
  • A price up front. Belkins publishes plans but no prices. Three options below publish them.

Six alternatives, in alphabetical order

CIENCE

  • In its own words: CIENCE "builds qualified sales meetings through managed SDR teams, audience data, outbound campaigns, inbound qualification, and AI-supported GTM execution". Founded in 2016, part of the graph8 company family. - Built for: teams that want the system built, then run for them: "We build the revenue system, then we run it." - Pricing and terms: $5,000 one-time setup (a 5-day sprint), $2,000 a month for the strategic team and $499 a month for the platform: "$7,499 First month, all in". SDR capacity is quoted separately, and the plan runs month to month. The home page puts managed SDR work "From $5,600 per month". - Best fit: a firm that wants exact numbers up front and is happy working inside a vendor platform.

Cleverly

  • In its own words: "Done-for-you outbound lead generation for B2B companies across cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn." - Built for: LinkedIn and cold email campaigns run by an account manager, with a dashboard for replies. - Pricing and terms: LinkedIn plans "range from $397/mo to $997/mo"; cold email is a "Pay Per Meeting-Ready Lead" model with no contracts, month to month. Conversations usually start within 30 days, and campaigns "gain momentum over the course of 3-4 months". - Best fit: a small firm testing LinkedIn outreach on a low monthly budget.

Martal Group

  • In its own words: a "B2B lead generation agency & sales enablement partner" with 200+ onshore sales executives in North America, the EU and LATAM. - Built for: email, LinkedIn and calls at 5 to 7 touch points, with weekly reports and discovery calls led by its North American team. - Pricing and terms: a "3 Month Pilot Campaign" on the entry tier, then a flat monthly fee; higher tiers add a sales commission. No prices listed. - Best fit: a firm that wants an onshore team to handle the first call. See our Martal Group alternatives page.

Outbound System

  • In its own words: "Fully managed cold email outreach. Premium deliverability. You pay per lead." Founded in 2021, working with clients in North America and Europe. - Built for: cold email first; its FAQ says it also runs LinkedIn and AI cold calling as one system. - Pricing and terms: pay per lead, month to month, "no 3-month minimums", cancel with 10 business days' notice. "Campaigns go live in 14 days." - Best fit: a firm that wants cold email volume with no minimum term.

SalesRoads

  • In its own words: a "sales outsourcing agency" that will "make the cold calls, refine the message, and do all the nitty gritty work". - Built for: a dedicated SDR "never shared across accounts", with a strategist, a performance coach and a data team, working inside your CRM. - Pricing and terms: "$11,950 per 4-week engagement" for one SDR on its calculator, "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." Launch "in 15 business days". - Best fit: a firm with deal sizes that cover a dedicated caller and buyers who answer the phone.

Smirnov Consulting Group

  • In our own words: Smirnov Consulting Group is a Prague-based B2B outbound lead generation agency that runs cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for founder-led B2B companies and books qualified sales calls. 12 years in outbound, hundreds of B2B companies, 24 countries.
  • Built for: founder-led firms with a proven offer. We usually open on LinkedIn with warm email follow-ups and add separate cold email campaigns; we never cold call. On bigger builds a person handles replies, and qualified meetings go into your calendar for your team to take. Also sold as consulting, coaching or custom lead lists.
  • Who does the work: senior experts only, no interns or juniors: lead generation experts, GTM architects who design the strategy, GTM engineers who build the lists and sending infrastructure, and AI specialists. We keep a small number of clients so each one gets full attention, and every client has a direct line to Artem Smirnov, the founder. Our people are visible, so you can check who will run your campaign.
  • Pricing and terms: From USD 3,000 (about EUR 2,500) per month, up to USD 10,000+ depending on scope; tools, domains, mailboxes and data are paid by the client directly. No minimum contract, 1 month's notice, and we recommend at least 3 months because B2B deals booked in month one often close 4 months later or more. No standard pilot; a test period is possible for B2B companies with USD 3M+ in annual recurring revenue. Launch: about 15 days from signed contract. Results guarantee: on a 12-month engagement we guarantee the results we agree with you up front (leads, pipeline and revenue targets), and if we miss them we refund the full fee you paid us, as long as you reply to call-ready leads within 24 hours, take the calls, let the campaigns run and stay in touch. Full terms are in the contract. See pricing and case studies.
  • Best fit: a founder who wants written outreach and keeps the sales call. Not for a company still looking for its first paying clients.

How to choose: what to ask before you sign

Weight every interview toward the list and your side of the work. These questions come from our Journal guide to hiring a lead generation agency:

  1. Show me 50 rows of our list. Check 20 yourself before you read any copy.
  2. How do you verify data? We verify every address and keep bounces below 0.5%.
  3. Who reads the replies, and how fast? Many are questions, referrals or "not now", and someone has to answer them.
  4. What volume, and how? Ask for the arithmetic: accounts, contacts per account, per week. We plan LinkedIn around about 2,800 people per account per month.
  5. What counts as a lead or a meeting? This matters most when pricing is per lead or per meeting.
  6. Will reports split calls booked, calls held and deals signed?
  7. What do you need from us? Case studies, rebuilt profiles and a person to take calls within a week are honest answers.
  8. Who exactly will write and send my messages, and can I look them up on LinkedIn? Ask every vendor for names, us included. We are not describing any agency named here. We are describing a pattern we have seen in 12 years of outbound and heard from clients about agencies they used before: usually, in faceless agencies, a brand name with nobody visible behind it, the work goes to students, interns, junior SDRs or offshore teams, and you cannot reach anyone senior. The people who will write to your buyers should be easy to find.

Then watch one signal: whether the person across the table is willing to lose the deal. A vendor who qualifies you has an opinion about what works. One who says yes to everything has a sales target.

FAQ

Does Belkins publish its prices?

Belkins publishes its plans but not dollar prices, as of September 2026. Its pricing page describes monthly retainer packages sized by yearly appointments: 30+ for small businesses, 100+ for Growth and 200+ for Growth Plus, plus a custom Enterprise tier. Each tier leads to a call. CIENCE, Cleverly and SalesRoads, listed above, do publish dollar figures.

What is the Belkins plan for small businesses?

It is a 30+ appointments a year plan that Belkins calls "a budget-friendly solution for lean teams", delivered through partner agencies it works with. Belkins says every package includes a sales audit, lead research, copywriting, reports and no-show recovery. Ask which team will run your account.

Which Belkins alternatives work month to month?

Four options here state month-to-month or cancel-anytime terms. CIENCE prices "month to month", Outbound System says "no 3-month minimums" with 10 business days' notice, SalesRoads says "Cancel anytime", and Cleverly's cold email is month to month. Check the notice period as well as the contract length. Our terms: no minimum contract length and 1 month's notice. We still recommend at least 3 months, since outbound needs time to get feedback and improve, and the industry average to get it fully working is about 6 months.

Which alternative fits a founder who does not want cold calling?

Look at options whose core service is written outreach. Cleverly sells LinkedIn lead generation as its own plan, from $397 to $997 a month. Smirnov Consulting Group runs LinkedIn with warm email follow-ups plus cold email and never cold calls; the phone comes in only after a prospect replies. Belkins, Martal Group and SalesRoads all include calling in their outreach.

How quickly do Belkins and its alternatives launch?

Published claims run from a 5-day setup to about three weeks. Belkins says "Live in 14 days", Outbound System says 14 days, and SalesRoads says 15 business days. CIENCE's setup is a 5-day sprint. Ours is about 15 days from signed contract to launch, with first replies and booked calls often inside the first 30 days after launch. We would rather spend the time on your list and profiles than send in week one.
